Sources

Sources are the raw material the AI manager works from: meeting recordings, pasted text and plain ideas. Each source produces drafts you can review in the calendar.

Fathom calls

Connect your Fathom workspace in Sources in the app:

1. Open Sources (the sidebar, or user menu → Sources) and click Connect
2. You're taken to fathom.video — sign in and authorize Agentiq (one click, no keys to paste)
3. Agentiq immediately starts importing meetings, up to 90 days back

After that a sync runs every 15 minutes, so a call lands in Sources minutes after it ends. For each call, Agentiq reads the transcript and drafts posts from the most postable moments. Open a source's Settings (Sources → Fathom) for a Sync now button and the list of imported meetings.

Drafts are marked with the source call, so you always know where a post came from. Recording and transcript data is used only to draft your content — see the Privacy Policy.

What makes a good call source

Sales calls, demos, customer interviews and podcast recordings produce the strongest content: concrete claims, objections answered, and numbers you can actually state.

Paste

Paste any text into the paste bar — a transcript, a LinkedIn post you liked, your notes from a workshop. Agentiq detects drafts, ideas and content worth responding to, and proposes hooks in your voice.

Ideas

One sentence is enough. "We need to talk about our new pricing" becomes a set of angles and hooks to choose from. Finished production happens in Create.

From source to post

Every source follows the same path:

Source ──▶ Ideate (hooks in your voice)
     ──▶ Create (carousels, captions, per-network variants)
     ──▶ Calendar (drafts waiting for your review)
     ──▶ Publish (after your approval)

You can turn source ingestion off per workspace, and delete any source at any time — its drafts stay but are marked as detached.
