We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed) and organization details you provide when creating an account.
Brand memory: your brand's voice description, colors, fonts, examples, and other materials you upload to define how content should look and sound.
Content: posts, drafts, carousels, media files and calendar entries you create or schedule through the Service.
Sources: meeting transcripts or recordings you connect (for example via Fathom) or text you paste into the Service.
Billing data: payment card information (processed and stored by our payment provider Stripe — we do not store card numbers ourselves).
Communications: messages you send us through the contact form or email.

Information We Collect Automatically

Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, IP address and browser/device information.
Log data: requests to our servers and to the Content Posting API, including request metadata (never post content) and error logs.

How We Use Your Information

We process personal data for the following purposes:

To provide, operate and maintain the Service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract)
To process payments and manage subscriptions (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)
To send service notifications, receipts and important updates (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)
To ensure security, prevent abuse and troubleshoot (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest)
To improve the Service through analytics (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest)

To comply with legal obligations, including accounting and tax law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR)

We do not sell your personal data. We never share your content or brand memory with third parties for their own purposes.

AI Processing of Your Content

When you use the AI features, content you provide (such as pastes, transcripts or ideas) is sent to our AI service providers to generate drafts, hooks, carousels and captions. This processing is part of the Service you requested (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). AI-generated drafts are never published without your explicit approval, and we do not use your content to train third-party models.

Information Sharing

We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients, strictly as needed to operate the Service:

Infrastructure providers: Vercel Inc. (hosting and analytics), Neon Inc. (database), Cloudflare (CDN and security)
Payment processor: Stripe Inc. (payments, subscriptions and billing)
AI providers: OpenAI and other AI model providers (processing of content for AI features)
Social platforms: X, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, when you connect accounts or publish content
Meeting sources: Fathom and similar tools, when you connect them as content sources
Professional advisors: only where necessary to comply with law or protect our rights

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area (in particular the United States). Transfers are made on the basis of adequacy decisions or, where applicable, standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, together with supplementary safeguards where required.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

Account data: for the lifetime of your account, plus the period required by law after closure
Content and brand memory: for the lifetime of your account; you may export or delete them at any time
Billing records: for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law
Logs: a limited period necessary for security and troubleshooting

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with applicable law.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
Restrict processing in certain circumstances
Object to processing based on legitimate interest
Data portability of data you provided
Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, hashed passwords, scoped API keys and restricted access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced by email where required by law.
