Deleting your data

Last updated: August 2026

This page says what happens when you ask us to delete what we hold, and how to ask.

From the app

Open Platforms, find the network and press Disconnect. The connection and its access tokens are deleted immediately. To remove everything, delete your organization in Settings - that removes the account, its posts, its brand and every connection with it.

From Facebook, Instagram or Threads

You can also ask from Meta's side, without opening Agentiq at all:

  1. Open your account's Settings.
  2. Go to Apps and websites (Facebook) or Apps and websites under Website permissions (Instagram, Threads).
  3. Find Agentiq and choose Remove.
  4. Meta asks us to delete your data as part of that, and we do.

When that request reaches us we delete the connection for that account: the access token, the refresh token, the account id, the handle and the profile picture we cached to draw your posts. Nothing is kept to re-connect you later.

What is not deleted

The posts, drafts and carousels written inside Agentiq belong to your workspace, not to the network you connected - so removing a connection leaves your own writing where it is. Deleting your organization deletes those too.

Checking a request

If Meta gave you a confirmation code, open https://agentiq.social/legal/data-deletion?code=YOUR-CODE. A code we no longer recognise means there is nothing left to delete for that account, which is the same as done.

Asking by email

Write to levski@protonmail.com from the address on the account. We answer within 30 days, as the GDPR requires, and usually the same day.
